Delete Account

Step-by-step instructions to delete your Football Quiz Master account from within the app or via email.

Delete Your Account In-App

You can delete your account from within the Football Quiz Master app by following the steps below:

  1. Open the Football Quiz Master app
  2. Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation
  3. Scroll to the Settings section
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm by tapping Delete in the confirmation dialog
  6. Tap Delete again in the final warning dialog
  7. Your account and all data will be deleted immediately

Data That Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is immediately and permanently removed (no retention period):

  • User profile (display name, avatar, language preference)
  • Account identity and login information (including Google/Apple refresh tokens)
  • Coin balance and transaction history
  • Training mode game history and statistics
  • Arena match participation and results
  • Duel challenge history
  • Mission progress and completed missions
  • Leaderboard records
  • Premium subscription records (active Apple/Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the store)

Data Retained

After in-app deletion, no personal data is retained. The deletion is immediate and permanent.

Under legal obligations, purchase transaction records may be retained in anonymized form (with no identifying link to you) for up to 5 years. See Privacy Policy, Section 7 for details.

Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active Premium subscriptions. To cancel your subscription, please use the links below:

Alternative: Unable to Access the App

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access it, send an email from the email address associated with your account to dev.nkrks@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Your request will be processed manually within 30 days after identity verification (the extra time allows for identity verification).
